Heat stroke or exhaustion?

Do you know the difference between a Heat Stroke and Exhaustion? It is very important to stay hydrated and drink before you get thirsty while cycling. It is recommended to take small sip every 5 to 10 minutes, and up to 16 oz of fluids every hour. The body can lose a lot of salt and fluids while cycling in hot and humid temperatures. So, it is essential to replenish with water + electrolytes pre, during and post your cycling activities.
